 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at www.sivasalaupati.com. We value your support and want you to have a positive experience with our handmade goods and musical services. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

By making a purchase from our Website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Handmade Goods (Stickers, Art Prints, Clothing, Shoes & Other Items)

1.1 All Sales Are Generally Final

Due to the handmade, custom, and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are typically final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality

1.2 Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items

We will replace or refund items only if they arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. You must contact us within 30 days of the order placed.

  2. You must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.

  3. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (if available)

  • A refund to your original payment method

1.3 Shipping Costs

  • We do not refund shipping fees unless the error was ours.

  • For approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

2. Digital Music Purchases & Downloadable Content

Because digital music files, audio downloads, and other electronic materials cannot be returned once delivered, all sales of digital or downloadable items are final and non-refundable.

3. Music Services for Sacred Events (Weddings, Funerals, Church Services, etc.)

3.1 Deposits

Some bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. Deposit policies will be clearly stated before payment.

3.2 Cancellations by Client

If you cancel a booked service:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Additional fees may apply if cancellation occurs close to the event date, depending on the preparation work completed.

3.3 Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel due to emergency or circumstances beyond our control:

  • A full refund will be issued, including any deposits.

  • We may assist in recommending alternative performers if possible.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer

We may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. How to Request a Refund or Return
