I drew this as my way to encourage people to plug into the sounds of nature, rather than all the sounds of social media and empty talk. It was inspired by my trips to the national parks, where a walk through the wilderness has a distinct sound unlike anything else. I started drawing sunflowers because I love the way they look: happy. I figure that if they made a sound, they would sound like sunshine.
